Thought you should know about your product that i was very dissatisfied

i bought 2 bags of your potting soil and 1 was ok. It had alot of stick pieces that were not ground up. The second bag was not good at all.Not only alot of stick pieces but i found rocks and what appeared to be a piece of fabric about 4 inches long. The bags were bought from a home depot in Rochester NH.

User's recommendation: buy a different brand.

2 bags bought. One ok the other is not usable as potting soil. It’s barely mulch

Bought two bags potting soil. Same time, off the same stack at Clay wV Southern states store. Opened the first bag which was a little less quality than I found in the past, but the second one was more like mulch than soil. I have used this product for many years and always choose it for moving seedlings to larger pots. Here is the numbers off the bag that was too bad to use for transplants. SHQ613****VFL2-15:27

I have to throw out all of my houseplants

Your miracle gro was, is full of bugs that are now all over my house. I repotted all of my plants and that was a big mistake. I now have all these little bugs flying all over my house. I now have to keep my bedroom doors closed.

User's recommendation: Do not buy miracle gro.

Dissatisfied with product

I have used miracle gro for years. This year I got the moisture control and my problem is that when I water, it seems to drain straight through instead of soaking the soil, wont use next year.

Never buy it

The miracle grow soil is not very good. It is the first time I used it and unfortunately found my plants started to die. Very upset as I thought the soil would look after my plant, not kill them.

User's recommendation: Never buy it.

Product question

I purchased Miracle-Gro Plant Food for Azalea, Camellia, Rhododendron. I would like to know since they state to pour the entire contents into my Garden Feeder and I only have 2 Rhododendrons can I use 1/2 the mixture in my Garden Feeder for the first application and store the other 1/2 for a second application in 14 days? Thanks

User's recommendation: Like me, maybe you do not have a large area to fertilizer!!!

Curious

I bought a bag of garden soil at our local store, along with more perennial flowers. I finally have a day off to get more flowers in. I opened my bag, and it was growing grass. How does that happen? I was really bummed because I had already torn the bag open. Just curious. Im not going to get another bag.

User's recommendation: I’m not sure if it’s worth the price?

Question about soil

Not good! They wanted proof, using my stamps and envelope with the UPC code already given, claimed could have gotten off the internet after I walked over to the bag and gave them the number AND the lot number. How would I have/know that information without a bag

User's recommendation: BE CAREFUL.

Very poor quality. Bags of saw dust.

Miracle gro has always been my choice however, I've had to stop purchasing due to the poor quality. All the bags are full of dry saw dust. Hopefully this is temporary.check

User's recommendation: Check each bag to ensure moisture content.

Dirt quality

The Home depot is where I've been purchasing my miracle grow in ground and garden types. For the last 6 months, the bags have been filled with dry wood chips and no soil. Completely dry. It looks like real old stock. Yet the price is still almost 9.00 per sack. Not right!check each bag for moisture.

Pathetic non existent customer service. Emailed about a fairly new miracle gro feeder which was leaking.

Emailed them 24th March re a fairly new miracle gro feeder which was leaking. Got an automated response saying they would get in touch. No response so emailed them again, still no response. Pathetic customer service. Wont be using Evergreen again!

User's recommendation: Don’t bank on a quick reply from them.

Customer service is a joke except for Natalie. Terrible experience.

Miracle Gro - Customer service is a joke except for Natalie. Terrible experience.
Order confirmation number was from an order last year. They had no record of my order. Called 4 times an average of 30 min. each and texted numerous times and they kept saying they were trying to find it. Finally I talked to Natalie who with another supervisor figured it out. Except for Natalie the customer service sucks. They are lost!

User's recommendation: Don't order online.
